- Collaborate closely with the institutional sales team to proactively develop and strengthen relationships with institutional clients in the Asia region
- Attend investment review meetings with clients to provide expert insights and recommendations on investment strategies and portfolio performance
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on client portfolios, investment products, and market trends to enhance client engagement and provide value-added solutions
- Partner with internal teams, including portfolio managers, research analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and unique requirements to tailor offerings and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to clients and contribute to business development efforts
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred
- Extensive experience in institutional client servicing within the asset management industry, with a particular focus on the Asia region
- Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing institutional client relationships, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
