- Independently manage assigned domains/categories focusing on procurement objectives like risk management, process efficiency, savings, and sustainability
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously from RFP to Contract Negotiation to Implementation
- Establish governance model for purchasing compliance
- Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders to be seen as a reliable business partner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set Sourcing priorities and plans
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders to expand Purchasing's influence
- Identify influential stakeholders for strategic sourcing projects
- Create category and supplier relationship management strategies
- Review and enhance supplier performance KPIs based on market trends for continuous improvement
- Mitigate supplier risks including financial, compliance, and legal aspects
- Identify and support risk mitigation measures for potential supplier risks
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of experience in strategic sourcing/indirect purchasing, preferably in multi-national corporations, luxury retail, or FMCG industry
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (SP) process
- Track record in managing various IP categories and procurement processes
- Strong knowledge in procurement principles, market trends, and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle complex issues independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
