- Assist in executing exhibition plans, vetting proposals, and monitoring schedules and budgets;
- Collaborate with museums and cultural institutions worldwide on exhibition logistics;
- Manage exhibit lists, shipping schedules, and security provisions;
- Maintain accurate exhibition information in the Collection Management System;
- Organize planning meetings and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- University degree in art history, museum studies, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in exhibition planning and management;
- Experience in negotiating agreements and handling exhibition logistics;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred.
