- Assist supervisor with writing, editing, editorial calendar planning, fact-checking, and information research.
- Support in monitoring and reviewing production details of publications, articles, multimedia content, and online text.
- Coordinate with internal teams, relevant departments, and vendors to ensure materials align with standards.
- Manage documentations, schedule meetings, and procurement processes.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Possess a recognised university degree in Languages, Literature, Art History, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in publication or editing within art or cultural domains, InDesign and typesetting skills are a plus.
- Solid experience in editing for English or Chinese publications in arts and cultural spheres.
- Skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting research, and verifying facts.
- Demonstrate strong editing and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Display creativity, maturity, independence, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project and budget management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

The Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM) is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in showcasing exquisite artefacts from Palace Museum's collections and collaborating with other museums in various areas. The museum provides 7,800 square metres of gallery space for standing and special exhibitions on diverse collections such as paintings, calligraphy, antiquities, and historical objects, as well as thematic displays on world cultures and civilisations.
This is a fixed-term contract position of 2 years with the possibility of renewal based on organisational needs and individual performance.
