- maintaining smooth operation of Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM) membership counter by delivering outstanding members services and experience;
- assisting members with membership related enquiries;
- promoting HKPM membership to the general visitors; and
- assisting in members or Patrons events when required.
- possess higher diploma or above in any discipline, preferably with experience working in art / culture venues, tourism and/ or hospitality sector;
- have frontline or sales experience is preferred;
- interest in or with experience related to Chinese art and culture will be an advantage;
- be proficient in Putonghua and spoken English, Cantonese is a must; and
- be outgoing, friendly and customer service minded.
