- Collaborate with HQ to create one to one communication based upon customer lifecycle, product launch and local festivities
- Propose and implement new client strategy to improve client recruitment, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Execute and localize global clienteling initiatives, provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Maximize engagement opportunities with personalized treatment and gifting to create a memorable experience
- Strategic partnership with shopping malls for client acquisition
- Strategic customer analysis to understand buying behavior, identify key moment in customer lifecycle and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
- Transform business objectives into client programs. Monitor and measure the effectiveness
- Monitor and track clienteling KPIs
- Compile and communicate to management and retail team for all top line summary results on clienteling efforts
- Plan and execute in-store clienteling events including guest invitation, RSVP management and animation
- Manage relevant event budget and ROI
- Provide regular market information to Headquarter on notable client events
- Facilitate the implementation of all clienteling programs and client engagement system at store level
- Conduct effective and holistic training for engaging the store team on specific client programs
- Communicate clienteling performance on a regular basis and provide initiatives for improvement
- Provide constant feedback with Headquarter and local MIS team on clienteling tools troubleshooting and enhancement
- University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of client engagement experience from luxury industry is highly preferred
- Strong sense in client engagement, customer service and marketing
- Strong analytical skill and sensitive to numbers with experience in using analytical software
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Client Engagement Manager

We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Manager who will report to the General Manager – Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.
