- Support the creation of engaging content/ creative materials around the Bank's strategic priorities, and develop compelling stories across multiple formats including but not limited to written, visual, video and audio communications
- Support end-to-end internal activation of corporate and business initiatives via various internal communications channels – from content development, event execution (including speeches, blog, post, news etc), video/ audio productions, results measurement to reporting
- Support logistic arrangements and event organization of results announcements while assisting internal communications. Support the production of annual report
- Lead staff engagement in CSR initiatives in partnership with Community Investment. Promote and engage people via the Bank's community work and volunteering programmes
- Manage key staff events, with wholistic internal communications and engagement planning to build awareness and create excitement
- Support ad-hoc events
- Promote the Bank's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and position it as an employer of choice internally. Contribute creative ideas and support the development of compelling stories to showcase employee experience/ stories
- Support internal communications/ activation of Snapshot – from content, design to campaign execution
- Responsible for maintaining and upgrading our internal communications channels
- Manage internal communications calendar
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of various channels on monthly basis. Compile monthly internal communications report
- Support BCP and other administrative work if applicable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience in campaign/content development, event management, or channel/community management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English
- Experience in working closely with senior stakeholders, and be able to take on an advisory role in communications
- Banking experience will be a plus

Corporate Communications

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Corporate Communications Department as Internal Comms and Engagement Assistant Manager.
The Internal Comms and Engagement Assistant Manager is expected to contribute creative ideas and support execution of internal communications campaigns with an objective to connect, inspire and engage our people. The person is expected to support content creation, manage third party vendors and be able to handle all logistic arrangement of corporate and internal events. Candidate with basic design capability is preferred.
