- rendering administrative support to Venue Operations team in coordination with other internal teams within Performing Arts Division, across other Divisions/Departments of the Authority, as well as external working partners;
- coordinating with vendors to obtain quotations, arrange goods delivery or services for the team;
- providing support in procurement such as data input, registration into the system, issuing Purchase Order and invoice settlement;
- budgeting and monthly forecast exercise for the team;
- managing schedule of management team and coordinating team meetings;
- liaising with other Divisions/Departments on administration matters, such as office infrastructure and supplies; and
- rendering administrative support to Venue Sales team such as handling general hirer enquiries, issuing service order and obtain booking evaluation from hirers.
- possess a recognised university degree or equivalent;
- have 3 to 4 years solid administrative experience, preferably in statutory bodies or non-profit making organisations;
- show strong interest in performing arts venue operations;
- have practical working experience and knowledge in handling administrative duties in arts and cultural field;
- have good organisational and planning skills with high attention to details;
- be self-motivated and able to work independently to provide quality, timely support and delivery;
- demonstrate good interpersonal, communication skills with multi-tasking ability and strong adaptability;
- be required to work for irregular hours when necessary;
- possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
- have good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
