- Oversee and enhance the Chinese curriculum based on guidelines from the HKSAR Education Bureau and the broader Mainland China context.
- Source, assess, organize, and acquire educational materials to bolster the program.
- Under the Principal's authority, recruit top-tier faculty for the program and ensure their smooth onboarding.
- Supervise and lead the Chinese faculty, which includes observing lessons, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Qualified teacher with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant subject areas, along with a PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed. qualification.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Candidates must hold registration as teachers with the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
