- Develop segment strategies, business plans and indicators for personal banking market, monitor results and progress
- Plan and conduct the budget of segment marketing activities
- Coordinate with internal and external business partners on business operation/development
- Conduct local and Chinese Mainland market/regulations monitoring and analysis
- Research and development of retail banking products/digital systems/operation manuals etc
- Data preparation on prodcuts/services for HKMA surveys/Head Office/MO etc
Provide training to frontline staff - Bachelor Degree of above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail banking, familiar in retail banking products/services
- Cross-boader market/products experience and familiarity with Chinese Mainland regulations are advantages
- Good team spirit and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes
- Good written & spoken English and Chinese; Good spoken Mandarin is perferred
