- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Approach new agency partners and direct clients using a variety of methods, including but not limited to cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging in online networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and issue resolution
- Commit to achieving the monthly targets set for sales gross profit and the specified quantity of new clients required per month
- Responsible for the pitching decks or media proposals, following up on campaigns, contributing to product development, and participating in ad-hoc project integration
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to drive revenue growth
- Stay informed about industry developments, client needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadline
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is plus
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Willing to travel to Mainland China for meeting clients
