- Oversee and manage the firm's IT system and drive the digitization of business applications
- Collaborate with the management to design and implement IT projects so to improve the firm's IT system and business applications
- Work with external IT partner to develop project architecture and development that meet the business needs
- Provide guidance and lead the junior IT team members
- Work with internal users on troubleshooting technical issues and ensure optimal performance
- Take ownership of the overall IT projects and functions
- Keep abreast of the latest IT trends so to contribute ideas to the business
- At least 5 years of related IT working experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other disciplines
- Solid programming or software engineering experience
- Knowledge of the Wolfram Language / Mathematica, VBA and SQL is advantageous
- Strong technical leadership, common sense with technical brain
- Project management, problem solving skills and creativity
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel between HK and Shenzhen offices
