- Work closely with the sales team, and provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
- Responsible to understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
- Responsible for carrying out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
- Participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs.
- Perform Proof of Concept Demo to customers.
- Work closely and provide direct technical support to our customers.
- Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
- At least 5 years' experience in network security or application security, preferably in an IT vendor environment. Experienced candidate will be consider as security consultant/ architect.
- Experience on handling big enterprise account, strong in presentation, lab setup and proof-of-concept.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, such as Routing, Switching, VPN, etc.
- Experience with security solutions, such as Firewall, SDWAN, Sandboxing, EDR, SIEM, etc.
- Experience on cloud deployment, such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Google Cloud, etc.
- Knowledge on hacking technique, exploit simulation or penetration test.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH, NSE4-NSE6 is preferred.
