- Supports and ensures smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud services, web systems, databases etc
- Manage and coordinate with vendors to deliver professional IT services. Such as system application & maintenance, Website maintenance, and monitoring of information systems including Microsoft application & email enhancement
- Solid experience with virtualization technologies, cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft Azure, and AWS, encryption technology, and backup and recovery solutions
- Establishing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the robustness of the company's systems, networks, database, and automation pipelines
- Degree in computer science, financial engineering, Information Technology, or science-related fields
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry with proven project implementation/system support/helpdesk experience
- Excellent problem-solving, independently, able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
- Experience with trading desk support
- Certificates in technical fields. CCNA, ITIL, Azure, etc
