- Track ERP system in end-to-end implementation, from user requirement collection, SIT, UAT and post-go-live support
- Facilitate the innovative digital flow implementation within Finance Division
- Provide support to the team to maintain Oracle EBS R12 in areas such as:
- Providing application support to production system and supporting daily operations
- Configuring standard functions according user requirements
- Updating current system settings, including FSG Reports, Elimination Set, Consolidation Set
- Developing and maintaining data report from EBS
- Prepare documentations to outline system design specifications and workflows
- Create robots to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines, knowledge in Accounting will be an advantage but not a must
- At least 7 years of experience in digital innovations and/or digital operation in the financial system
- Familiar with MS Excel VBA or Power Query, SQL or PL SQL
- Hands-on experience in RPA tools would be advantage
- Experience in implementing, configuring or supporting major ERP systems
- Experience and knowledge in Oracle R11 or R12, as well as Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) will be an advantage but not a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, can work under pressure with tight schedule independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
