- Plan, monitor and liaise with vendors on maintenance work on data center or critical mission industry
- Oversee the maintenance works
- Supervise and monitor vendors working inside data center environment
- Regular review on facility equipment
- Shift rotation required, including overnight
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing critical E&M systems is preferable.
- Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable.
- Sensitive to, and capable of managing, all aspects of engineering risk
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines.
- Registered Grade A Electrical Worker or above is required
- Lesser qualifications with significant relevant experience will be considered
