- Conduct regular maintenance and repair services for office facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical instruments, and control equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical, instruments, and control equipment.
- Support service and maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide technical support for the general office, assisting with equipment or system-related issues.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as requested by the supervisor.
- Highly preferred to be a Registered Electrical Worker (REW) A Holder.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in conducting HVAC, mechanical, and electrical maintenance and retrofit works in an office environment.
- At least 5-10 years of experience working as a technician in a related field.
- Holding an Air-Conditioning, Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering certificate would be advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate maintenance and repair schedules.
