- 監控及滙報承包商服務及運作進度 、 協調維修相關工作及確保其工作符合公司之引 。
- 執行其他與本會物業有關的任務 。
- 需穿著制服及賽馬日當值 、 遇有緊急事故 、 需要超時工作 。
- 持有視聽和電信機械工程證書。
- 至少 年相關工作經驗及持有平安咭 。
- 具備基礎電腦操作知識。
