- Assist in operation & maintenance of HVAC and other Building Services installations
- Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
- Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
- Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance & emergency repairs
- Assist in budget control
- Compile up-to-date tenancy and operation & maintenance records/ drawings
- Degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical)
- Holder of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experiences in design, operation, maintenance or installation of building services systems, particularly in HVAC Systems
- Experience in building automation system and fire service system would be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Suitable candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
