- Diagnose hardware and software problems and perform repairs or upgrades as necessary
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users on computer and software related issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks and updates, including patches and security fixes
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and implement solutions to resolve issues
- Ensure the security and integrity of data through regular backups and virus protection measures
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and technical support requests
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with backup and antivirus software and procedures
