- Lead a team under outside plants services for planning and design, provisioning and maintenance of telecommunications works including plants and buildings related works and services aim at achieving Company's business objectives and quality standards
- Direct all road opening tasks, provide solution design for products and services rollout, and resolve building access requirement matters
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects as well as effective budget management on CAPEX and OPEX
- Oversee contractors' activities and act as a gatekeeper to monitor the quality of work
- Advise technical solutions on complex site issues during site access and acquisition along with related installations and maintenance implementations
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation with government parties, utility undertakers and internal stakeholders
- Strive for continuous improvement on operation efficiency and customers' satisfactions
- Ascertain the fulfilment of related statutory and internal compliance requirements and adhere all predefined procedures and standards
- Take up any special projects as assigned
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering-related disciplines with at least 3 to 5 years' relevant experience; candidates who have attained other levels of academic qualifications with solid experience in the related fields will also be considered
- Experience in supervising teams and/or contractors with demonstrated leadership skills and project management skills is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and capable of influencing stakeholders of different backgrounds, e.g. Government, Utilities Undertakers
