    Duties

    Main duties include to:

  • Provide full administrative support to office daily operations;
  • Serve as the main contact person for any enquiries from internal and external parties (by phone and email), deal with public and greet visitors;
  • Liaise with colleagues from different teams/units on details and logistics of work;
  • Maintain various office records, inventories, and databases;
  • Support office procurement and accounting management, and conduct expenditure analysis;
  • Assist in different IT systems development and enhancement for the Student Life Team, e.g. QA e-Platform, CRESDA and CIMAT for Students, and Student Discipline system; and collect and consolidate feedback on systems testing from academic units and line offices; and
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and any other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree/Associate Degree/Higher Diploma with at least 2 years' relevant working experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Good computer proficiency (such as MS Office and Chinese word-processing);
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organisational, problem-solving and coordination skills;
  • Being self-motivated;
  • Willingness to learn and take up new tasks;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details; and
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, and perform multi-tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

    Salary and Conditions of Service

    Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
