- Work in the Control Centre to monitor the operation of the Building Management System (BMS), chiller plants, fire services system, lift and escalators, etc.;
- Supervise in-house staff and contractor's staff for emergency maintenance and repair as well as inspection works as assigned;
- Conduct failure investigation, ad-hoc malfunction analysis and make recommendations for service enhancement;
- Suggest and implement energy saving initiatives;
- Assist in the safety and technical trainings;
- Attend to emergency calls; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines, with a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as "Green Card");
- At least 5 years' hands-on experience in operation, maintenance or project works related to building services operation and maintenance;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel);
- Strong sense of risk awareness and responsibility; commitment to teamwork; good interpersonal skills; capability to manage in-house and out-sourced works; and self-motivation with ability to work independently under pressure against tight schedules are required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with substantial work experience in Control Centre in higher education institutions.
