- Implement capital development programmes and various AA&I projects;
- Oversee building services installation;
- Report on matters related to infrastructure and renewal, campus master plan, design standards, feasibility studies, annual capital project submissions, procurement of fixture, furniture and equipment; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate/Apprenticeship in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, with a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as "Green Card");
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience in design, installation operation and maintenance of BMS, air-conditioning system automation controls, energy management systems or related experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Word and Excel);
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- A strong sense of risk awareness and responsibility, commitment to teamwork, good interpersonal skills, capability to supervise in-house and out-sourced works; and self-motivation with ability to work independently under pressure against tight schedules are required.
- Experience in higher education institutions and/or in managing government subvention projects, and knowledge of Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) would be an advantage.

The appointee will work under the Project Section and assist project managers in implementing capital development programmes and various AA&I projects from the planning stage to project implementation and delivery. Main duties include to:
The appointee may be required to perform shift duties and work irregular hours (including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
