- Review & draft a range of legal and commercial documents, such as agreements related to digital media and blockchain including but not limited to NDA's, Distribution & Licensing agreements, Investment contracts, Shareholder agreements etc.
- Offer legal assistance and counsel on blockchain initiatives.
- Legal research in blockchain field.
- HK Qualified, additional US or Commonwealth is a plus
- Min. 2 - 6PQE gained from well-regarded law firm or In-house.
- Experienced in drafting & reviewing investment, commercial and related contracts
- Native/Fluent English
- Korean language skills
- Experienced in digital currency, blockchain & crypto
