- Monitor credit portfolio covering real estate segment across Hong Kong and China market
- Preparing credit memos, financial/cash flow analysis, and periodic/ad-hoc credit monitoring.
- Review obligor grading, process amendment/waiver requests, monitor covenants, and provide timely credit-related reports to management.
- Work closely with the front office to support new transactions and portfolio management.
- Review loan documentation to ensure compliance with internal and local requirements and appropriately document credit conditions.
- Maintain regular contact with Borrower/Sponsors/Participants/Facility Agents to maintain relationships and gather & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree or above in a relevant discipline
- At least 3-5 years of relevant credit risk experience, ideally from a corporate banking credit portfolio monitoring background
- Strong understanding of corporate credit analysis, with exposure to real estate financing and/or large corporations being advantageous.
- General understanding of Chinese regulations and security principles.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
