- Conduct detailed reporting and deep-dive analysis to derive actionable business insights
- Set up internal reporting and processes to drive automation and more efficiency
- Capture, track, and advance qualified engagements in our CRM lead management system (Salesforce)
- Organize and participate in events
- Graduate in 2024, currently working towards a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Information Management (or similar field)
- Able to work full-time for 12 months
- Advanced Powerpoint and Excel user (practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions)
- Proficient in data analysis
- Work closely with business development managers and program managers to conduct industry research and ecosystem stakeholder analysis
- Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
- Great team player to work with others as a team
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, Native in Cantonese for both written and verbal communication skills
- Analysis background
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
- Highly driven and demonstrated ability to implement and deliver against aggressive targets
- Salesforce CRM skills are a plus
- Excel Power Pivot skills are a plus
