- Manage key partner relationship and deepen collaboration to drive impact in support of start-up ecosystem development and actively engage to support start-up solution adoption
- Support the development and implementation of CxN partner programmes including but not limited to CPN clinics and engagement programmes
- Lead on organize seminar/ sharing sessions/ clinic session and liaison with partners
- Manager and support CxN partner programmes and events and work closely with internal teams and partners for programmes' fulfilment and publicity of the programme
- Assist Manager for partner liaison and facilitate to implement according to defined scope in the MoU signed with partners
- Review and update of reports, budgets, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
- University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and other business-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working in experience in business development, sales & marketing, marketing communication and/or public relations, preferably gained in sizable/ MNC companies or associations
- Experience in implementing partnership programmes preferred
- All-round experience & proven track record in planning programmes, project management and managing partner relationship is essential
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing etc
- Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines
- A fast mover and strategic thinker who possess new normal agility with excellent efficiency and strategic focus
- A relationship-builder and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding project management skill, well organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work effectively under pressure and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines/ schedules; high accountable for results
- Detail-oriented with exceptional strengths in multi-tasking
- A self-motivated team player with strong can-do attitude
- Creative, analytical, well-organised and accountable
- Willing to work on weekends occasionally
