- To perform daily operations of Control Room (may require shift duty)
- To record call orders and arrange technical support for the monitoring and maintenance service
- To handle and resolve customers' enquiries
- F.5 or above
- 2-3 years' work experience in telemarketing / customer service / call center
- Good telephone manner, communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and able to work independently
- Computer literate is required
