Facilities Maintenance-Contract Intern

實習Responsibilities
• Assist in routine and emergency repair as well as planning of maintenance, improvement and upgrading work of all building services systems (including life support system for animals) for Park's facilities
• Assist in planning, designing and preparing of tender documents, site supervision and contract administration for E&M works
Requirements
• Undergraduates in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Building Services or any other relevant disciplines
• Responsible, hard-working, and safety conscious
• Computer literacy in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
• A right to work in Hong Kong / International students holding "No Objection Letter" issued by HK Immigration Department
• Available to commit full time internship from June to August 2024
