- Assist Relationship Managers in providing excellent service to private banking clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Trade Execution
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and the trading desk to execute client trades efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor trade settlement and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Stay updated on market conditions and provide clients with relevant trade execution advice.Account Opening and Onboarding
- Assist in the account opening process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and compliance procedures are followed.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with various internal departments.
- Conduct due diligence checks on clients in accordance with regulatory and internal policies.Relationship Management Support
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and other documentation as required by Relationship Managers.
- Assist in preparing and participating in client meetings and reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and provide solutions to client needs.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in private banking,client servicing and trade execution.
- Strong knowledge of private banking products, services, and operational processes. Familiarity with trade execution platforms and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Detail oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure
- Faster learner, team worker and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in private banking.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
