- Manipulate paid and organic search and social activities programmatically and evaluate the effectiveness through detailed reporting to maximize ROI
- Identify SEO opportunities and deploy SEO strategies according to brand guidelines
- Provide insights from competitor watch regularly
- Monitor the website's key metrics and if necessary daily operation to improve efficiency
- Analyze e-VM, e-business trends and consumer insights to evaluate existing sales performance
- Generate and consolidate performance / sales report using different reporting tools ( Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI etc.) for management review
- Propose and execute initiatives in support of findings from above reporting / brand guidelines / communication plans / product launches to achieve business objectives
- Support teammates on tasks related to eMerchandising and Webmastering tasks whenever needed
- Participate in workshops, user acceptance testing and transition towards production when new features are being deployed
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams within Louis Vuitton ( Communications, Stores) as well as external service providers ( media agencies)
- Degree holder, preferably in Ecommerce, digital marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in ecommerce and online business, preferably in fashion industry.
- Expert at Google Ads and Bing Ads, and experience in using Sprinklr is a huge plus
- Expert at Google Analytics and Google Data Studio, experience in PowerBI and skilled in data analysis.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with business acumen. Organized and detailed minded.
- Innovative, self-motivated and creative thinking.
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communications and presentation skills, while also able to complete tasks independently.
- Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Traditional Chinese input.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST, any other language(s) will be a plus
