- Lead regional Tech initiatives and support global solution rollouts
- Manage and operate regional platforms, provide user support
- Maintain core systems, support new store openings, manage vendors
- Provide operational metrics, performance reporting for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
- 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years as IT Manager in MNC
- Handson experience with SAP, eCommerce, OMS, Jda systems
- Understanding of E2E eCommerce operations and diverse eCommerce environments in APAC
- Strong relationships with service providers in APAC
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
