- Support SAP and Regional Distribution Centre project roll-out.
- Responsible for logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries from Regional Distribution Centre to APAC markets.
- Responsible for master data maintenance/configuration in SAP for correct order creation and scheduling.
- Understand different logistics flow in different markets within APAC.
- Actively participate the test cases for the RDC and SAP roll-out.
- Prepare user manuals/training materials.
- Support master data maintenance/configuration in SAP for correct order creation and scheduling.
- Monitor the inbound shipments from Central Distribution Centre in France.
- Manage the parameters in SAP for auto-replenishment orders and new season launch orders from RDC base on the market specific requirements.
- Responsible for logistics scheduling and planning & invoicing of outbound deliveries, including releasing and prioritizing orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with market logistics team for their inbound receiving.
- Coordinate between Supply Chain and RDC team for all orders and shipments arrangement.
- Coordinate stock rebalancing within APAC via HK, including PO creation for reception or outbound order creation for markets which have not rolled out SAP.
- Manage CITES/permit/licence for application and record, for import and export via Hong Kong/Macau and destinated countries/markets.
- Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in retail or logistics industry, exposure in Asia Pacific will be value-added.
- Experience of SAP.
- Experience of licences/CITES permit handling is advantageous.
- Organized, detail-minded, proactive and with problem solving skills.
- Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Experience in cross-functional projects will be a plus.
