- Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for Personal Loan Product Team.
- Assist in preparing relevant business proposals and reports for presentation.
- Prepare the MIS report for management review and business forecasting.
- Perform competitors' analysis and explore corresponding business insights for planning strategy.
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team including invoice settlement and call leads arrangement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for logistic support.
- Handle branch and direct banking enquiries.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with banks or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of retail banking product in Personal Loan is preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent, pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
