- Develop and maintain credit policy for unsecured retail lending products
- Implement and improve a digitalized credit process
- Capable of managing and improving the SOP of unsecured retail lending across the different stages (i.e. Collection, Approver, etc) to avoid the potential deficiencies
- Assist the risk leader to cooperate with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve the policy-related incidents
- Raise requirement for credit decision engine setting according to policy
- Support new business launch and work with business units
- Carry out routine TU management
- Handle regulators' and auditors' requirements
- Degree holder in risk management, finance, statistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail unsecured lending policy development
- Experienced in handling the HKMA's regulatory requirements/policy-related incidents in unsecured lending products
- Have successful examples in handling large-scale credit and/or risk projects
- Understanding of culture and environment of virtual banks is more preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
- Applicants with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position
