- Monitor the inbound shipments from Central Distribution Centre in France and Switzerland
- Responsible for logistics scheduling and planning & invoicing of outbound deliveries to Macau/Taiwan/South Korea along with other members of the Team
- Provide visibility to Logistics teams abroad on their inbound receiving and document data accuracy (such as OMNI Channel order Materials conformity verification)
- SAP Purchase order data reconciliation
- Manage CITES/permit/licence for application and record, for import and export via Hong Kong and to/from France/Switzerland/Macau,/Taiwan/South Korea along with other members of the Team
- Support ad Doc tasks and continuous improvement pro| ects
- Reporting to Manager and Senior Manager using synthetic format and in an automatic way
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Logistics is required
- Knowledge of Import & Export regulations and HS classifications
- Understanding of key freight forwarding concepts (Inco Terms, Bills of lading, Terms of Sale, etc)
- Knowledge ancl experience of the Local logistics & Customs matters
