- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Thorough understanding of hotel related operations, systems processes and controls.
- Practical, result-oriented with outstanding communication skills, being able to communicate securely through all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of data distribution processes, channel management, and online platform connectivity has an advantage.
