- Prepare and analyses Macau management reports (weekly sales report, P&L actual, expense reports, etc)
- Partner with accounting team on actual monthly process - provide monthly accruals, cost allocation, and review journal entries
- Check in SAP POs and BW system to ensure proper expense booking before month-end closing
- Provide analytical and support on luxury market environment (competitor market updates, tourists arrivals and spending analysis, etc.)
- Collaborate with Macau stores and functions on expense control and variance analysis, assist the monitoring of store deposits status
- Collaborate with Macau stores to ensure operational and internal control are implemented according to company's guidelines (inventory management, sales monitoring, vendor management, etc.)
- To follow up purchase requisitions, invoices, petty cash expenses approval
- Build financial models and perform ad-hoc analysis per management request
- Support and assist in Macau budgets and forecasts detailed working files
- Review and get details on functional department' budgets and forecasts submissions
- Coordinate and monitor Macau budget/forecasts timeline and submission among departments
- Minimum 5 years or above financial/analytics experiencees, preferably in retail industry
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, with a recognized professional qualification will be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent analytical, audit management, supervisory and administrative skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, has the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
