- Formulate the departmental annual operational plan (AOP) and perform on-going cost monitoring through regular cost review.
- Develop a structure control and identify process improvement/ streamlining opportunities, derive improvement action plan and monitor process improvement progress.
- Ensure effectiveness on staff development strategies/training curriculum for sustaining a stable competent and multi-skilled workforce to support the business.
- Ensure effectiveness of the risk control and assessment framework and provide support on risk management projects
- Coordinate with other departments and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business initiatives/ projects Requirements
- University degree in related discipline OR other relevant qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to call centre operations an advantage
- Strong self-motivation, with good analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of computer applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
