- Drive Marketing Technology enhancement roadmap for Hong Kong
- Manage and oversee the development of the MarTech Suite to ensure ongoing enhancement to fulfil Hong Kong business cases
- Collaborate and lead the discussion together with internal teams including Data, Technology, Product and RM/sales to collect requirements and create users' stories to drive Hong Kong use case prioritization
- Be the key contact person who manages content marketing platforms (website, in-app messaging, push notification and emails) including execution and reporting
- Help on consolidating of campaign data list and make sure all data are well organized and filtered for marketing communication
- Create campaign landing pages and optimize user experience
- Analyze post-campaign data and optimize to drive campaign results
- Work with regional and local stakeholders to manage and trouble shoot local implementation of regional MarTech suites, , self-built Content Management System
- Occasionally perform UAT for website revamp & Content marketing platform upgrade
- Hands on experience with HTML, content management systems and managing data
- 5 years or more relevant job experience in managing marketing campaign execution and marketing tools enhancement
- Detail-oriented, capable of working independently
- Intermediate knowledge in excel
- Familiar with Jira but not compulsory
- Strong time management, project management skills and willing to learn
- Good with numbers with an analytical mindset, self-motivated and result oriented
- BSc degree in Information technology or Marketing related subject is preferred but not essential
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese
