the company is a prestigious and reputable architechtual consultancy firm in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Associate to oversee the team
about the job.
you will be responsible for design, preparing tender and executing the project. You will also conduct site inspection and attend meetings for the project. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, government on the design.
skills & qualifications required. - Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in building services, mechanical engineering
- 10 years or above related working experience
- Experience in new build commercial projects is preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Chartered Engineer is preferred
