    :

    This position introduces new products and services and expands business opportunities within customer accounts. This position builds and maintains substantial relationships with customers. This position prepares action plans, customized presentation, research, and analysis before a sale. This position ensures smooth implementation, account set-up, and training on UPS technology solutions after a sale.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: maintain an existing customer base assigned to you by addressing to customers' queries, concerns, and follow-up on their service requests through regular customer visits, phone calls and e-mails
  • Business Development: Within an assigned territory, acquire new business by leveraging on any media you can think of
  • Collaboration with Internal Partners: follow through the entire process of service requests from customers with various internal departments, such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service
  • Manage your own performance: log and track your own sales activities on to structured platforms to better plan and manage your sales results; present your ideas and experience with your peers and management in regular meetings to stimulate thoughts in order to breakthrough your results
