- Design and execute product strategies to ensure strong market presence of your responsible products in Breast and Prostate Cancer
- Identify and develop key opinion leader to ensure strong advocacy for therapy area/responsible products
- Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve objectives of AZ products including sales target and market shares
- Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and therapy knowledge under responsibility
- Monitor performance and control A&P budget
- Localizes digital content as needed
- University graduate in any discipline
- Preferred 2-4 years of marketing experience
- 2 years' experience in multinational pharmaceutical company in a sales and marketing related position
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
- Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders
- Having network and solid experience in the field of Oncology
- Good command of Mandarin
