- Put actions to safeguard workshop safety, tidiness and presentability.
- Monitor repair operation and prepare workshop KPI for weekly and monthly improvement actions.
- Execute daily repair distribution with respect to agreed special prioirty request, FIFO, KPI objectives.
- Handle repair registration to meet KPI.
- Housekeep floor spare parts and arrange machines and tools maintenance.
- Work with Assistant Manager for spare part operation activities and projects.
- Perform tasks to support team member's leave and ad hoc assignments.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- University graduate with at least 2 years of working experience
- Excellent in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Communication & interpersonal
- Organized & detail-oriented
- Good time management skills for muti-task
