- Gain an in depth understanding of data-driven influencer marketinglandscape
- Be trained and get familiar with various GOAT solutions, platforms, and tools.
- Assist reporting manager to handleinfluencer marketing proposal, campaign monitoring and reporting
- Responsible for data entries and schedule revision in booking system In 6 months:
- Able to handle all kinds of daily operations duties independently
- Clear understanding of campaign operations, publisher operations, and platforms from start to end.
- Ability to test, learn and troubleshoot campaigns to improve the product and share knowledge with teams and departments.
- Provide support to publisher development and relationships. In 12 months:
- Become a true influencer marketing expert.
- Well-equipped to provide solution advice to both internal and external parties
- Explore potential partners and innovative solutions for GOAT products
- Assist manager in training educational programs from start to end for new comers What your day job looks like The role is to work closely with the reporting manager, global teams & key stakeholders within markets. The key areas of responsibility for this role:
- Support the Product & Operations Team on day-to-day operations and work with Client Development Team closely
- Campaign operationalizing, monitoring, troubleshooting by working across local and regional departments from client development, product and supply
- Responsible for customized reports to clients when necessary
- Support the Product & Operations Team in developing partnerships within GroupM and externally that drives value for our clients Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years professional experience with influencer/ digital marketing agency/vendor. Less experience will be considered as Product & Operations Executive.
- Knowledge along with a passion for influencer marketing
- Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and under supervision once objectives have been set.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
