    Corporate & Community Relations Officer - Hong Kong, 香港 - Television Broadcasts Limited

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle public communications through audience hotline, letters, facsimiles and emails
    • To assume the role of a frontline staff by providing quality customer service when answering audience enquiries and suggestions
    • Maintain and update the audience hotline
    • Might need to assist in the execution of corporate and community events with a view to promoting the Company's corporate image
    • Assist in handling communications from the media
    • Perform other duties as and when required
    Requirements


    • Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Translation or Public Relations
    • Fresh graduate or with 1 year's relevant working experience or tertiary level with 3 years' working experience
    • Mature, confident and eloquent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing
