- Support Loyalty Programme Manager to ensure all areas related to CMHK loyalty program is well-coordinated and meticulously executed
- Manage CMHK loyalty programme to achieve company objectives
- Assist in developing and executing effective loyalty campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation
- Evaluate loyalty programme performance and optimize member acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Develop and manage the loyalty programme calendar and collaborate with internal and external parties to execute campaigns and initiatives
- Support analysis and compile reports for loyalty programme and campaign performance
- Support and manage 3rd party marketing partner relationships, including but not limited to project management, contract negotiation, and execution
- Collaborate with Customer Service Team to enhance consumer experiences and foster loyalty
- Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and system support, including maintenance of rewards catalogue contents
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any other related disciplines
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Marketing, Retails
- Prior experience with loyalty programmes management or support will be an advantage
- Good data analysis, project management and presentation skills
- Strong in numerical sense, attention to details, self-motivated and multi-tasking
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Marketing Executive
