- Assist in organizing local and international events such as conferences, seminars, customer networking events, exhibitions, etc.
- Assist the manager on the digital and offline marketing campaign implementation
- Assist on website UI/UX development and update
- Support the design and production of branding and promotion marketing collaterals, including advertisements, corporate presentation materials, brochures, eDM etc.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event organizing, handling events, conference and exhibition
- Bachelor's degree or above, degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related disciplines will be a plus
- Basic knowledge in React, JQuery, MySQL, HTML5, Javascript, CSS and RESTful services/APIs with will be an advantage
- Working experience in IT industry, Telecom industry and creative agency will be a plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Simplified Chinese
- Creative, detailed-minded, independent, and strong project management skill
- Good team player with communication skills
- Proactive, able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime and weekend when needed
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive or Assistant Manager
