- Coordinate with overseas sales units and internal departments to facilitate the international data business workflow
- Prepare key business, service management and analytical reports including revenue, billing, to facilitate oversea key business development, service operations, monitor target achievement and process improvement
- Collect the accurate information from sales and ensure the consistency and accuracy in data system;
- Support data operations team members on all service related administration and activities
- Manage customer account list and prepare relevant reports
- Analyze and interpret business and financial statistics
- Closely monitor performance of carrier business lines and output analysis reports
- Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
- Occasional traveling required
- Degree or above in Business Studies, finance or related subject
- 2 years working experiences of service operations support in large enterprises. Experiences to work in telecom industry would be an advantage.
- Good communication and detail minded
- Self-motivated, energetic and a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Project Management experience in telecom industry is a plus
